The Jane Powertwin Buggy is another successful stroller similar to, the Jane Slalom Pro. It is a well designed 3-wheel style that is designed for two toddlers, twins or a toddler and baby combination\ baby and toddler combo. The aluminium design makes it very lightweight which also makes it very manoeuvrable in tight spaces. (The name Jane is Pernounced 'Hannah', Spannish apparently!)
With its clever design allowing the back seat to lay flat so that babies can be placed here while the 2-position front seat can then be used for babies from 6 months. The Powertwin Buggy is ideal for toddlers in the range from 0-3 years.
And with the inclusion of big pneumatic tyres, coupled with adjustable spring suspension on the rear wheels also makes it extremely smooth. This additional suspension will ensure optimum comfort
even as baby grows older and bigger and will mean the pushchair will providea much more comfortable ride throughtout its lifecycle.
Jane Powertwin Buggy Features
The rear seat fold down flat for newborns although it doesn't come with a neck restraint. A rubber footrest is also included for rear seat passengers. If you have a toddler sitting in the front seat, you'll need to keep an eye that their feet are on the footrest, otherwise they could catch their feet in the front wheel. This is a little observation with the Powertwin.
A few words of advice too when it comes to purchasing one. You'll require the help of someone else when putting it together as, like all things that are well made this stroller needs additional bits and pieces secured to ensure it is at the safest and optimum comfort.
The Powertwin comes in a range of snazzy colours. From the dull and boring Noir(Black) to the 'stand out' Cherry or Pigment you'll definitely find one to your taste.
It also comes with a PVC rain cover which has a number of access holes making it easy to check on babies. Plus it also sports a large shopping basket that is ideal for storing away all the baby bits and pieces.
And for those thinking of using it in conjunction with car seats then you'll be glad to hear it is designed to take on board the Strata car seat(s) for twins.
