The Jane Powertwin follows on from another very successful like, the Jane Slalom Pro. It is a 3-wheeled tandem design that is designed for two toddlers, twins or a toddler and baby combination\ baby and toddler combo. The free moving aluminium frame can be easily moved around which also makes it very easy to manoeuvre in tight spaces. 
It is designed to allow the back seat to completely flatten out so that little toddlers can be placed here while the 2-position front seat can then be used for babies from 6 months. The Powertwin is ideal for toddlers in the range from 0-3 years.

The rear seat fold down flat for newborns although it it would have been ideal to have neck restraint. It also has a rubber footrest on rear seat as well. With kids sitting in the front seat, you'll need to keep an eye that their feet are on the footrest, otherwise their feet could catch on the front wheel as they get older. This is a little observation with the Powertwin.
Also heed my advice if you want to buy a Jane Powertwin. Get the help of someone else building it as, like all things that are built to last this stroller needs a few bits secured to ensure it is at optimum safety and comfort.
The Powertwin comes in a range of snazzy colours. From the dark and boring Noir(Black) to the 'stand out' Cherry or Pigment you'll definitely find one to your taste.
As standard it comes with a PVC raincover which has a number of openings making it easy to check on babies. And it also comes with a nicely sized shopping basket which can be used to store away all the baby bits and pieces.
And if you need a dual function stroller then you'll be glad to hear it can handle 1 or 2 Strata car seats for twins.
